We're back!

Well, we made it back from Kentucky! We had a great time! We left Knoxville about 6:15 Wednesday evening and arrived in Louisville about 10:30. Needless to say we were very tired! We left for the convention center shortly after breakfast Thursday morning to do a quick run through of the concert. We sang with Phil Cross and the Poet Voices, The Tally Trio, The Kingdom Heirs and Larnelle Harris. (Just a side note here, you can get a DVD of the concert we did this fall at your local christian bookstore or on the Sevier Heights Baptist Church website. It's called "Celebrate") Anyway, There were about two thousand people at the concert, and we had a great time! After the concert we ate lunch and stayed to see the next group which was a bluegrass concert. Thursday night we sang one song at an awards show that will be broadcast on the Inspiration Network on October 27th. After that we went to the Piccadilly Cafeteria for dinner, then back to the hotel for the night. Friday we went to a place called Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill. It's a trip back in time to a former shaker village that has been restored. Check out our pictures of both days. Anyway, we both had a really great time!
